Clement Cafe
Clement Coffee Roasters is located in a former sub-station at South Melbourne Markets. With only twelve square metres to work with, this standing-room only space was opened and lightened with a classic palette of blonde timber, white marble and brass accents.
A custom oversize panelled door swings open 180 degrees to double as a ledge for patrons to take their coffee at. A unique wall and ceiling mural is conceptually founded on the coffee growing regions of South America.
