For this leading workwear brand’s new retail flagship, readily available materials were selected. Plywood, solid timber and steel mesh establish a utilitarian approach, and a monolithic timber counter at the entrance immediately introduces solid heft to the no-fuss yet stylishly masculine interior. Polished concrete is a perfectly pragmatic flooring choice, durable for heavy visitor traffic and just a small touch of luxe.

The pared-back scheme allows the products to take centre stage. Recessed niches on the timber counter and a central, multi-level plywood unit inspired by stadium seating evidence the careful consideration given to displaying items in uniquely appealing ways.

Black steel framework lines the walls to house hanging garments, and custom boxes were introduced to add variety for folded or placed items. Black steel mesh and plywood gondola units are repeated across the retail floor, neat containers for merchandise that echo industrial activity.
